The facility is beautiful, but my fridge door fell off when I touched it.

Convenient spot with nice rooms
Rooms are pretty nice and comfy, but the service was a total drag. Had issues with the TV remote – took forever to get it sorted out. Plus, charging for parking was a bummer! On a brighter note, the Whole Foods next door was super handy, and I loved the bar area for grabbing a drink after a long day.

We had a fantastic stay here with our son's family! We spent an unforgettable day exploring Harvard Square, where we stumbled upon The Harvard Shop. The kids loved browsing the merchandise and picking out souvenirs. The hotel was a great base for our adventures!
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be better for kids.

The room was decently modern and well-equipped, with lots of lighting and a really comfy bed. Staff throughout were friendly and attentive, especially during check-in and service at the bar. However, the location, while convenient, felt a bit crowded with nearby shops, and the parking area was limited at peak times. Overall, a solid option for those looking for a stylish yet budget-friendly stay with decent amenities.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to local attractions, including a quick ride to the Alewife T Station. The staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in and providing helpful information about local amenities. The room was very clean and featured a comfortable bed, along with a nice seating area and modern bathroom fixtures.

missingWrote a review on Mar 20comfortable bedclean roomspacious designsmall roomawkward bathroom
The room was definitely on the smaller side with a round table and a padded bench, but the bed was quite comfortable. No desk or separate chair was a bit awkward for working, and forget about a luggage rack—never got mine after asking. Bathroom had limited towel bars and the shower setup was tricky to use. Just a pencil in the room? Really? For the price, I expected more.
